On the occasion of the Swedish Presidency of the Council of the EU, hosted by the Karolinska Institutet and co-organized with One Europe for Global Health

On 9th February, the OEGH – with support of the Virchow Foundation for Global Health as member organisation – will participate in the event “Implementing the New EU Global Health One Health strategy” co-organized in Stockholm with the support of the Karolinska Institute. On the occasion of the Swedish Presidency of the Council of the EU, the essence of the morning seminar preceding this event (“Convergence on Global Health – Joint action with reference to the new EU Global Health Strategy”) will be discussed and input provided for the Stockholm Amendment of the “One Europe for Global Health Declaration.” Other focal points will be the pandemic and EU´s strategy for handling health issues within the EU and in a global context.
