The Virchow Prize

Towards Health for All

THE VIRCHOW PRIZE COMMITTEE

The Virchow Prize Committee is the independent jury that elaborates and provides the laureate selection of the Virchow Prize, awarded annually by the Virchow Foundation. The Virchow Prize Committee can be comprised of up to 15 international members with diverse expertise and competencies.

While the independence of the jury is secured and preserved, at the same time the Virchow Prize Committee members are showing full loyalty to the eligibility criteria of the Virchow Prize as well as to the overall mission and goals of the Virchow Foundation as laid down in the Foundation’s statutes.
